ELV supervisor

Job Description
GULF SHIELD are looking for a qualified ELV Supervisor to join our team and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise installation and commissioning of ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, BMS interface, etc.)
- Manage site technicians and subcontractors
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades on-site.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed on time.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Prepare daily reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in ELV systems supervision.
- Strong knowledge of ELV standards and site practices.
- Ability to read shop drawings and technical documents.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
